Firstly, Refunds and returns must be approved before sending items back. 

 

At Naples Clothing Company, we certainly want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request store credit.  We do not offer refunds on any of our products. However, we understand that issues can arise with a purchase. We are happy to provide store credit for any eligible items that are returned within the 30-day window. No orders will receive a cash refund.

 

In order to be eligible for store credit, your returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, and it must not have been worn, altered, or washed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to our facility. No items will receive a cash refund.

Another key point is that all sales on clearance or final sale items are final and cannot be returned.

 

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@naplesclothing.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. Or contact us via our Contact page. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for store credit.

 

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your store credit within 5-7 business days. Your store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used towards a future purchase on our website.
